Jill was stuck.
She was bored.
She had nothing to do.
It was a snowy day in Michigan.
She was snowed in, didn't have a car, and all she had in front of her
was some magazines, glue and a hole punch to keep her busy.
So she decided to start punching holes in those magazines and gluing
them to paper and turning them into these beautiful portraits of
people.
Now to the point where her hole punch art is renowned and she has
people commissioning her for these giant projects that take months at
a time.
It's her full-time job.
I just think, God, next time I complain that I don't have the
resources to do something cool to make a difference, to follow my
dreams, I think God would just say back to me, everything you need is
right in front of you.
You just have to start somewhere.
